Towards Happiness...

- Don’t label situations or experiences as good or bad
- Empower yourself to be happy
- Look within for happiness
- Don’t get affected by bad news
- Choose your emotions.
- Keep saying, ‘I choose to be happy’
- Conserve your energy, don’t let people sap it l If you’re hurt, don’t be dependent on anyone else to heal
- Don’t indulge in hurt
- Don’t be imprisoned in your past or have self-pity
Relax.
- Think of a place or a time that you particularly enjoy.
- Laugh often and watch movies that tickle your funny bone.
- Don’t jump to conclusions. Listen to others.
- Instead of revisiting hurtful events in your mind, forgive the person who wronged you.

Happiness is a choice which needs efforts at times.
